Do not rent from Paragon Properties. In 2024 Shakaira and Carl assisted me with signing a lease with Drawbridge Apartments owned by Paragon Properties. Carl assured me that I would have a month to month lease after one year of living there because I had to relocate for a job. When that time came in 2025, Carl and Shakaira were gone and Brandon Johnson was the new manager.
