He was fine. Repairs were definitely effective. He also called to request permission to enter the unit, which was nice.
2 stars because I’m a kind person, but living here has been awful! The upstairs neighbors are so noisy and to top it off they go get a dog that they absolutely don’t care for. They’re constantly putting the dog on the patio for hours at a time and he’s noisy as well! I’ve witnessed these same tenants under arrest by Clinton Township police. The hallway and carpet in my building stays dirty and the rear door is constantly being propped open causing a safety hazard! For the most part, maintenance gets a D+ at best… I’d only r... read more
