I had a relaxing massage with Sarah at Knotted Up and it was exactly what my body needed. She took the time to focus on my main tension areas — my hips, low back, and shoulders and the difference was noticeable right away. The session was calming, professional, and very intentional. I left feeling more relaxed, lighter, and moving better. Highly recommend Sarah if you’re looking for someone who truly listens to your body and targets the areas that need it most.
Had my first experience last week and it was nothing short of AMAZING! The whole experience was just fantastic starting with the front staff. I will definitely be going back!
I have been here about five times in the past 3 years (although I wish it were more!) and every massage has been great! I love that they offer a special to try out a different massage therapist. There is a therapist for every need. I forget her name but one of them recommended that I get a massage before getting a chiropractic adjustment for my sciatica pain for it to have a better effect and I did just that and it gave me pain relief for so many months.
