I had a great session with Knot Your Average Message. I booked a lymphatic message and it has been amazing for my body. I knew I was holding onto fluid and hoped this would help. Not only do I feel lighter but also more relaxed. I did not realize the tension I was holding all throughout my body and while on the table, she was able to release so much that I could feel the leg she had worked on was “longer” than the other one. I am very happy that I searched for a local option first before booking back in Northern Co.

BEST massage I have ever had. Personable. Professional. Talented. Combined massage and lymphatic drainage to significantly improve my pain. HIGHLY recommend. I will be coming here for years to come!
Candace was really welcoming as I was an "out-of-towner" & really flexible with her schedule. She customized the massage to my body's needs and you could tell it really made a difference! If I ever find myself back in town I will definitely be a repeat customer!
having never done massage outside of with my partner at home, I was a bit anxious and wary of what to expect. I had been in pain with a bulging disc in my neck and joint hypermobility for so long that I was skeptical if it could help at all. Candace heard my struggles and tailored care to me specifically. After years of pain and poor sleep, I got consecutive nights of sleep after just a few sessions because of the relief. I cannot recommend Knott Your Average Massage enough!
