I would give this establishment negative stars if I could. Never once the doctors nor their care teams are able to communicate to my choice of pharmacy without causing me a great deal of stress, multiple phone calls and long wait time back & forth between Knott Street and my pharmacy, and mutiple visits to the pharmacy every months. It is very frustrating when the clinic confirmed sending the order to the right pharmacy, told me to go grab the medication, just for me to be sent home empty handed. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen for a 2 minute stitch removal. Saw 4 other patients come in after me and get seen before me. I had to check in 2 times to finally get seen.
First time here for a full dermatology appt. Parking might be challenging if it is full. Inside is clean and professional greeted by front desk people. They were polite and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable. I had no wait they stayed to the appt. Then O was taken to a back exam room. The nurse was informative. The exam went quick and they went over any concerns and gave recommendations. On the way out to 224. The traffic lights can be a little trick getting back on that hwy. Be patient or take a side route.

I had a terrific appointments at both the Milwaukie clinic and the Portland clinic! The nurses were very patient and professional. The doctors, also. I felt safe at both clinics and look forward to my next check up.
