Don’t come here. They apparently don’t have a billing code for a preventive care skin check, which they didn’t tell me at the time I made the appointment (clearly stating my reason for coming in) so I had to pay a $150 copay I couldn’t get overturned. Even better, they ignored a skin issue that didn’t resolve and was potentially cancerous, so I had to go back for a follow up…when they made me pay another $150 copay. Run.
1 Star Seeking emergency care at Providence Milwaukie Hospital for an acute psychiatric crisis was a deeply distressing experience. I presented with severe, debilitating anxiety requiring urgent medical assistance. When I was seen by Dr. Case, my symptoms were met with complete inaction. Instead of conducting a thorough evaluation or providing treatment to manage the crisis, Dr. Case offered no meaningful medical intervention or care plan.I left without receiving help and had to seek care elsewhere.
