I called Knott Electrical Services to get Jim to come out to help solve a problem, he diagnosed and help me solve the problem over the phone, reset a GFCI I didn't think of checking. I will not hesitate to call him in the future....
This is a long time coming. I know Jim personally and I was looking for an electrician to help me run power to our shed. How I was surprised to see Jim pull up to the house. He gave me an excellent quote, provided me direction with every decision. Its been about 3 years since he did the work and I have had no issues. Excellent electrician who is very professional with reasonable rates. We hired him to install and wire ceiling fans, electric outlets, and outdoor motion lights. His work was extraordinary. He left the work area cleaner than when he started, and he even patched the few areas of drywall that had to be cut for access. Great work!
Jim fit us in quickly when many schedules, including his own, were pretty filled. He diagnosed and fixed an unusual problem, taking on a very tight crawl space, opossum poo, and 100 years of different wiring. I’d call him back in a heartbeat. Great guy with impressive knowledge of his trade. A true professional.
