I texted Jim on a Sunday morning, asking for advice to remedy a problem. He replied almost immediately, and he was able to walk me through a simple fix without having to make a service call.
Jim is very skilled at his profession! He is also polite, professional, quick to respond and fair. We have used him multiple times and are always pleased.
Knott Electrical Services, LLC provided excellent, professional, and efficient electrical work at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend them.
I called Knott Electrical Services to get Jim to come out to help solve a problem, he diagnosed and help me solve the problem over the phone, reset a GFCI I didn't think of checking. I will not hesitate to call him in the future....
This is a long time coming. I know Jim personally and I was looking for an electrician to help me run power to our shed. How I was surprised to see Jim pull up to the house. He gave me an excellent quote, provided me direction with every decision. Its been about 3 years since he did the work and I have had no issues. I highly recommend Jim and I will plan on using him for future work. Thanks Jim!! Sorry for not providing a review much sooner!
