The paralegal insulted me and implied that what was wrong with my mom was my fault. The doctors and nurses all say I take excellent care of her and she’s lucky to have me. Also she’s rude and hateful acting. Strings you along for a month making think the case will be accepted and then nasty tells you off.
Great attorneys, especially recommend Attorney Kim Shaftner for his knowledge, expertise, and caring attitude.
The only true rating from a real client rates at a 1. The other reviewers are people collecting Google points.
Never even got off the ground with them. We were treated like a commodity. Sent in our info. and just got a standard form rejection letter. Expect a referral to the Bar Assoc. 800 number with no explanation.
