This is one of the most amazing clinics that I’ve ever been to. The staff is absolutely incredible as well as Front desk reception. I just saw review and couldn’t believe what the person was writing. I have been a client for years now and I am very disappointed at how they managed my cancellation. I'm definitely aware that cancellation within 24 hours of my appointment is subject to a cancellation fee and I fully respect that. However, I had to cancel last minute due to the fact that my toddler has GI symptoms. It's already a difficult and stressful situation, I would have appreciated if the receptionist simply canceled my appointment without telling me that next time I might be charged. I had a really positive experience with Shaili Desai yesterday. I have been in pain for over two weeks after hurting my tailbone sledding with my son and I have had so much relief in 24 hours after her osteopathic services. She was thorough, inquisitive, continued to check in with me during the session to ensure I was ok. She gave me some next steps as well which, I will be following up on.
