I’ve been to the Gwyn Oak location Two times and I won’t be back! I visited in the beginning of March I had my box braids in for a month. And now the front of my hair is gone! I paid $220 for my box braid service and now I have no hair in the front . They also do not properly disinfect their combs. I saw Braider’s using hand sanitizer to disinfect their combs instead of using barbercide . I would like a refund my hair has never looked like this. I’m in tears

I have gone here twice at the Gwynn Oak location. Both times I did a walk-in service. I was satisfied both times going to this location. The ladies did speak and were very professional. They understood what I wanted. The service I received was the Senegalese twist. But my most recent service, which was on a Friday before the Easter holiday. I did have to wait, but that was expected with a walk-in and with it be prior to a holiday. Miss P was my stylist and she took her time. I enjoyed my experience at this establishment. I was a walk-in, I wanted micro braids with human bulk hair. Medina did my hair exactly the way I asked! I am excited because I had been looking for someone to do my hair like this for a while now. The price was more than reasonable AND we were not there all night, and my braids are pretty small. I will be returning! Thank you, Medina and staff for making my service pleasurable.

Their website and instagram states they take walk ins. I text the number to make sure they can braid a pixie. They said yes and to come in. I arrive and I’m told they can’t braid my hair in knotless. I said box braids were ok. They then say they don’t have enough time and come back tomorrow. Literally waisted my time.
