I hope they are better woodworkers than they are drivers. Their truck was blocking the road they refused to move
They were working on the house next door to us, and Paul parked his car directly in front of our driveway causing us not to be able to leave or for our trash to be picked up. We went and nicely asked him to move and he said “go take a picture. I have every right to park where ever”. We had been thinking of getting a quote for a banquette in our dining room from Knothole, but if this is how they treat people, I’d rather not retain their services. Edit: wow. Five months delay from promised completion date . No updates , poor communication, constant frustration . Nice guy but over promised and under delivered .....
Worked with Dave Brown (owner) on kitchen, bathroom and closet for custom home on Davis Island. Dave missed all deadlines us. When he finally promised us a 2 week date to deliver and install, he needed another 2 weeks when time came. Totally unreliable. Held up our entire constructions.
I just finished my 3rd house with the guys from Knothole Creations. Once again they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
