My appointment canceled multiple times and they never respond to my phone calls, no communication!
This is a clear case of a scam. The company lacks professionalism in every aspect. There is no sense of organization or communication. I booked an appointment on June 14th and scheduled it for the 28th. Unfortunately, the same day of my appointment on the 28th, my appointment was canceled about an hour before. The representative informed me that she would send me a rescheduling link, but she never did. SCAM. Take your business elsewhere. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage for a bride. I called to ask questions and confirm an appointment. She agreed to the appointment and asked me to text her with the time, date and brides name to confirm. A couple days before the massage I hadn’t received a reminder so I texted and called multiple times to make sure everything was all set. She ignored all of my calls and texts.
