Knot Yourself is a place I look forward to going. A sense of relaxation is felt upon entering. The music. The calming scents. The comfort of the rooms.
Had a deep tissue massage with Sam last week and it was AMAZING! She worked on my neck and upper back/shoulders and I felt a difference immediately. Already scheduled my next appointment and I would highly recommend.
Had my first barefoot/Ashiatsu massage with Sam yesterday. Omg it was absolutely amazing. Booked my next one for October and cannot wait!

I’ve been using the IR Chromotherapy sauna and red light for a few months now and finally had my first Ashiatsu barefoot massage today. Rachel worked on me and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. She said all the therapists certified in Ashiatsu have extensive training, which made me feel better. She knew I didn’t want my lower back worked on and focused on my upper back, neck and shoulders. She made some recommendations and I already have my next appointment book.
