Every trip to Knot Yourself is wonderful! The staff is kind hearted and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so inviting and amazing, I visit the sauna every day I can. It eases my mind, my body, and gives me a daily jolt of joy. Highly recommend!!

Five-Star Experience at Knot Yourself I recently had a massage with Jamie. Iwhen I walked in the door I could barely turn my head. She focused the massage on my neck, shoulders and back. When I left zi felt so much better. The next day 90% of the pain and stiffness was gone!!! AMAZING!! Highly recommend!
