My situation is particularly complex and Jamie listens to me at length and has helped me in a way I really thought wasn’t possible. I would recommend Knot Yourself to anyone who has pain that hasn’t been resolved despite all of the things you’ve tried. I wish I could put into this tiny space just how big of an impact they’ve had on me but there simply isn’t enough time or space for that.

She took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was targeting certain areas, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Rae did an amazing job with my facial/lymphatic drainage. AND TMJ release. I feel like I have a new face, less puffy, sinus improvement and reduced TMJ pain and clicking. You must do this. Great results!
