I had a great experience at knot too shabby! I had gone to a few other stores and wasn’t able to find my dress but was able to narrow down a style. Elsa contacted me and sent me some styles that she thought I might like ahead of my appointment which was so helpful. The store, and Elsa are so lovely and I was able to find my dress! Thank you so much again :)
Else helped me find the perfect dress. I let her know what I wanted, and what I knew I didn't want but wanted to try to confirm. When I tried on this dress we both knew it was the one.
I got my dress from here a few years ago. The experience while looking for a dress wasn’t bad the messages back and forth were a little harsh. As they were just very blunt about things and I didn’t really like that when I would be potentially buying a dress from you. When in the shop it was only me and 2 other people it was around Covid so I get being careful but just found her rude about scents and things as well. We had a great experience at Knot Too Shabby. My daughter did exactly what was recommended. She went to David’s bridal first to try on some dresses. This gave her a great perspective on what this store has to offer. When she started trying on dresses here she immediately noticed the difference in quality. My fiance called to make an appointment to look at and try on dresses, A VERY COMMON THING TO DO, and the worker on the phone was rude, saying they don’t want people just trying on dresses, and told her to go to David’s bridal. Told her to go and find out what she wants else ware and come back once decided. also DID NOT give the option to book an appointment.
