They got the length wrong first time around but quickly shipped out new lines with no charge and no hassle. Rope quality and splicing is excellent.

Unbelievable Employee Behavior called to ask questions about some rope I wanted to purchase but needed some rope expert advice before I decided which rope was best for my project. Called to speak with “customer service” and the employee was pretended to not know anything, and pretended not understand my question…then pretended like my question and my AUDACITY to call and ask questions was ridiculous and they proceeded to “answer my questions” by saying “uhhh rope is made of fiber…? Great customer service. The post office misdelivered my package. I contacted them and they reshipped my order. The rope quality is great. I will continue to order from them.
