Amazing food and great quality! Everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The bagels were perfectly made, and the service was friendly. I highly recommend Knot Bagel to anyone looking for a tasty meal. Definitely coming back again!

Wait time for 2 bacon egg and cheese over 25 minutes. Pricing is as if this place is luxury. From all other recent reviews, seems like this is the common theme. Older woman in the back cursing at the staff, assuming that is a manger or the owner. Very unprofessional.
Decent bagel and a bit over priced BUT what really led me to review was the terrible service from the staff. They YELLED our order numbers although there was no order number given. Then proceeded to roll their eyes and complain that the paying customer didn’t know which order was called. This combined with an unwelcoming atmosphere left a huge disappointment for a local business.
Good bagel, absolutely horrible customer service from one of the young girls up front. Without a receipt or given an order # there is absolutely NO way to guess when my order is ready. When asked “can you tell us what the order is?” she continued to yell out “405” and rolling her eyes and sighing like if we did something wrong. Extremely rude and uncalled for. Have a better system in place to avoid your own frustration. and yes- we said something about it. Do better. -Oder FOUR O FIVE!!!!!!
