Excellent customer service. Very nice accommodations.
Very unfortunate, unprofessional and disappointing stay at one of their properties. Cynthia Trubee and Penny Easton who run Knot Forgotten Rentals were so disappointing. We booked a house on Cape San Blas from Dec 21-31st. There was NO water on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We could NOT flush toilets, could NOT wash hands, could NOT bath, do dishes, etc. We were forced to check out due to HEALTH & SAFETY reasons. They stated they conferred with the owner of Sur La Mer and they jointly decided they would NOT refund the UNU... read more
Manager Cindy Trubee went over and above in helping us cancel a property we had booked with VRBO and weren’t able to use. Would highly recommend their services.
