Would give zero stars if I could! **** Knopp is incredibly unprofessional and incredibly rude! He has a nasty attitude in general! I could not be more pleased to go with another company, who actually talks to their customers like they have common sense!

I find it somewhat humorous to view the above review. We have been is business for nearly 48 years under the same name and have completed many beautiful projects for appreciative customers. Some have come back to us for further projects.I won't go into details, but this person wanted a "phone estimate", an idea which we do not support. She became enraged when I suggested that the only way for me to give her an estimate was to come to her home and review the project with her. He was very rude and unprofessional in his responses to emails. It's obvious he's been in business too long and takes new customers for granted, so obviously it's time for him to retire. After 48 years, I would expect a company to have better polite customer service skills and include more information with my initial request for help before assuming I'm going to give him my address before anything is even discussed about when either of us is available or if he even does the kind of work I was asking about. Business response:
if I was rude, it was only in asking for a job address so that I could come out and provide an estimate. I said, "If you would rather I would not come out, Please let me know>" She objected to the question and turned us away. Perhaps it was just a bad day for her.
I got notified from BBB that Knopp Construction responded to my request. After waiting days the old man finally called. I told him what I needed done he said he would get back to me. Still waiting. I made this request 3 weeks ago.I got a notification from another company guy seemed really nice and really motivated. But I got a quote from him seeing pictures. The 3rd one...hasn't responded. I tried calling them myself. They hang up on **** only got 1 reliable company to come out and give me a quote. One out of 4 from the BBB.... read more
