Dr. Knopf, is a great doctor. He has a great bedside manner. Takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns. Gives different options for your problem. I sometimes have to wait in the room 5-10min after nurse leaves. I don’t mind because I know the reason is because he is taking his time with every patient and will do the same with me! Great skin doctor. My wife and I love him.
The nurse Yvonne was rude. She is not friendly to patients, she does not return patient calls in a timely manner. We waited 5 days and called again because the nurse did not bother to call back. Messages should be checked and calls returned twice a day and none should be left for 5 days!! I know how the system works, I am a nurse. This was not acceptable. the front office staff are friendly and helpful.
