Brand new management brand new homes, Beautiful community
The neighborhood is great, I have no qualms with it, besides the potholes. The problem is the new Lakeshore Community (office) staff. You can never get a hold of them and only half of the time are they in the office. I would be fine if they could call back, leave a voicemail, or even email us back, but they never do. The one time someone called me back, they weren't even in Mankato, they were in the cities! And God forbid your one day late on your lot rent! You will immediately get an eviction notice and have to pay a $20.00... read more
