We've been taking our BMWs to Bob since 2013. He has performed a wide variety of repairs and service inspections for us. He's always given us an accurate estimate regarding cost and the timeline for repairs. Whether it's an oil change or an engine re-build; I would trust Bob with any of my vehicles no matter the repair.
High quality service, laidback family vibe, and excellent thorough workmanship. My car runs like new. Apparently they've been here since 1986 which says a lot for a small business.
I had the worst experience with this automotive shop! The car was towed there after hitting a pothole on the highway and Bob, the owner, recommended replacing the fuel pump which was confirmed by the insurance adjuster. After 10 days of work, I picked up the car and within a 5-minute drive the fuel gauge showed low fuel. When I tried to refuel, gas started spewing from the undercarriage.
