Poor Customer Service Unprofessional & rude staff who answer the phones at this store ! I would never purchase any items from this store. The staff is rude & not helpful when asking questions whether in person or over the phone. Please steer clear of this business.

Knollwood Liquor is much more than your local pit stop... Fast and very friendly service. They know their stuff...and will give you great advice if you ask for it. They are there to sell you want you want...not what they are overstocked on. They can help you get a good product at a value...or a special treat and still charge a fair price. Best of all..they will special order things for you. Great people.
huge selection this liquor store has a huge selection of all kinds of hard liquor. they have all that for a very affordable price.their staff are very friendly and they help you pick out good liquor for different occasions. the store itself is very well maintained and clean. i like that they have good deals on most days there.
