I cannot agree more with the other bad reviews of this venue. Honestly I wish I could go back and re-do my wedding day because of how bad it was. We spent so much money for things that were never done. We were told we had florals and then when it was brought up we were told we only had certain florals and not even those were done. I was apart of a wedding hosted here from the moment we got there day of there was attitude and lack of fulfilling the job she promised. Owner Brandi was supposed to be the day of coordinator. A day of coordinator is supposed to ensure the timeline and the day go according to the timeline and to help keep the day feeling seamless for both guests and bride and groom. We found KC and thought it was picture perfect, affordable. We met with Josh, the husband. He was professional, seemed knowledgeable. Shame on us for signing a "contract" that wasn't legitimate but it was hard to pass up. They bundled everything (catering, setup, officiant, DJ) into one price, and let us make payments til 30 days out. The place is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but the lady in charge was one of the meanest most hateful people I've ever met. She called my family filthy and made the guests do everything for the wedding, from moving chairs to picking up trash. She even complained when we didn't have it and how she wanted it, and yet she didn't even offer to help. The wedding was beautiful, but she definitely needs to learn how to treat people and guests better. I hope this review is a learning moment.
