Great Place, Location and people are respectful and courteous
My wife and I recently bought with Knolls and had a wonderful experience. Knolls is one of the best hidden secrets of the area and I couldn’t recommend it more.
I recently met with the On-Site Manager and 2 Board members at Knolls Cooperative Section 1. They were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and neatly kept. Convenient to transportation and stores. Very reasonable prices for the Riverdale area! I am hoping to make Knolls my new home very soon!
1-3 bedroom co-op apartments at great prices! Serene hilltop location with beautiful gardens. Easy transport to Midtown Manhattan. Unique limited-equity Co-op with no restricted income levels as a requirement to purchase. What a discovery...we are here four years now and ❤️ the fact we are spending significantly less of our income on housing!!
