They kept disconnecting
The board of directors is fine. They're trying, but during the nearly 20 years I lived in Knollcreek the board only hired low end property management companies. The current property management company is better than the previous one, but the bar for improvement is low. We watched the neighborhood steadily decline over the time we lived there.
