Since no stars is not an option they get 1. They have to be one of the most diabolical property management companies in the US. They don't respond to phone calls, emails or anything else. They are rent collectors without a heart and prefer litigation over actual management. Their utter lack of response is pathetic. They ignore laws and prey on seniors and others who don't have the means to fight them. All I can say is buyer beware. I pitty any one who ends up under their thumb. They need to be investigated and shut down.
