I had ear infection . I called the surgery and I was greeted well by the receptionist. I was given a time to see a GP and it was late in the afternoon. I asked her if there was time earlier and she took time to check and considered me and gave me earlier time. I was not late for my appointment but to my surprise I was called by Dr Krishnan on my phone to see me. To me that is an extra mile in doing his job as a GP. I visited Knoll Medical surgery two days ago and I received such excellent care (and time) from the doctor I saw. I want to thank her and other members of this surgery for all the kindness and help I was shown at that time.

Very appalling service. Very different from my former GP at Greenhithe. Called several times to get appointment to see a doctor for an infection that is now beyond 6 weeks without luck. I was told to keep trying online every morning. When they eventually decided to speak to me out of their "goodwill" they asked me to take a picture of the infection. Unbelievable! After reviewing the picture, they asked me to go to a Pharmacist and buy a medicine prescribed for me by a Pharmacist which I did. The ailment persisted and I kept ... read more
We’re still registered here, but I’ve given up - we now pay for private GPs if we need to see someone.
