Id give 0 if I could. Keep refusing my ashma pumps and then asking me to go fro ashma reviews. To find im an extreme sufferer of ashma and to state that im on the right amount, to refuse it 4 months down the line and then as me yo come out of my way for another ashma review again.
Appointment system is a nightmare.
Horrible service can never book an appointment the receptionist kept hanging up the phone and saying to do an online application but the application never works very rude receptionist kept hanging up wasn't helpful at all
Just wanted to thank Knoll medical for the exceptional service i have received today, at 8AM I completed a e-consult and uploaded a couple of picture, at 8:22 AM received a letter in the NHS app explaining the diagnosis and advised medication request had been sent to my local pharmacy, thank you Dr Kandasamy, its very much appreciated.
We had some urgent medical queries for our son that were causing a great amount of stress. After submitting an e-consult, Mr McQue called us and provided the information we needed. He was very professional and helpful and took the time to listen to the issues we had and answer them thoroughly. He went above and beyond with some follow up questions we needed.
