I've been living at this apartment complex for almost 13 years; that should speak volumes in and of itself. Marina in the rental office, along with her buddy, Nicole have been an instrumental part of my positive experience here at Knoll Gardens. The parking in this place stinks. 2 car max when people have 4 to 5 and its a storage for these cars. They dont move, ever! One spot definitely needs to be assigned per unit at least. And people parking in handicap are not handicap and nothing is done about it. The rent is through the roof for an old run down place and forget the leasing office. They are mean, nasty women in there who are fired and rehired? Do better! Give one spot per unit. Its not that hard to do. Im sure the employees that live here get a spot and tons of... read more
After getting rid of the roaches, my only complaint is rent going up $100 every year as if the apartment is growing. A pretty nice community where people keep to themselves
