Maintenance came out the next day after place the maintenance order and fixed the problem. He was able to fix three issues in less than 30 minutes.
Upon move in unit was not cleaned. Dead roaches all in closets, unit smells like past residence smoked indoors. “Drug baggies” left in dish washing unit. Storage in cabinets broken and not hold up. Dead bugs under light covers (if maintenance comes to fix a light bulb they won’t bother to clean/dust any trash left behind) I was told my storage was under construction and being told different dates since i have moved in.
