He listens well, provides good treatment choices, and his explanations are easy to understand.
I am not sure how he has a one star rating listed- Dr. Knoll is great and so is his office staff. Very friendly and kind. He was thorough with me and responsive to my health needs. Wonderful doctor I fully recommend.
Dr. Knoll is truly amazing! He truly cares about each one his patients, and sees them as people, not just numbers. He talks with you about what treatment options are and wants your input to make the decision that fits best for your life. He is so knowledgeable and really cares about making the best diagnosis he can. His nurses and staff are so sweet and have been with him for 10 years! I will always be a patient of Dr. Knoll for as long as I can.
Dr Knoll is a fantastic, well educated and thoughtful physician. We are lucky to have him as our Doctor.
I would not recommend dr.knoll if you want your loved one cared for he has a extremely poor bedside manner he is poor in communicating with families and comes across that he really doesn't give a care about his patients or what the families expect out of a professional doctor
As a former employee (5 years), I must say, I have never come across another MD as caring as Dr. Knoll. I would have stayed, but I moved to TX. He is so compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. He takes time with his patients & genuinely wants to improve their quality of life no matter what ails them! Definitely not your average MD. I highly recommend everyone & their granny go see Dr. Knoll! :) Plus, his staff treats you like family, not a number. They want to be there. That matters ;)
Very friendly staff, make you feel right at home. Dr. Knoll was great too. Seems to really care about his patients.
