ZERO STAR RATING!!! President of the company said our check was going out in Feb. Haven't received payment yet. We have been waiting for payments since September of 2022 on an Altar'd State project. We were told the project hasn't been turned over yet! We will never do work for them again and will warn as many contractors as we can through the BBB, American Subcontractors Assoc, Social Media and word of mouth.
If I could I would give this company a zero star. These people seem to have a problem paying their bills for work completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to file a lien against one of the Altrd state projects here in colorado springs, CO. that they managed. There excuse for nonpayment is when we get paid you get paid. The job that my company did for Knoebel Construction was by default, because the other subcontractor could not get out to the jobsite to do the contracted work when they needed him on the jobsite.
