Very disappointed with the visit. My appointment was for the specialty cut. According to the menu, it was supposed to include a hair wash before and after the cut, a head massage, and a hot towel. Honestly, I was not expecting a head massage; however, not only did I not receive a hair wash, but I was also charged the full price. The barber was quite careless.
