Paid for a “Speciality Cut” which Includes a shampoo before and after a precision haircut, razor neck shave, hot face towel, scalp massage, and neck massage. Unfortunately - they did not wash his hair before or after, there was no razor neck shave, no hot towel or massage of any kind… Not so special after all. 🤷♂️
Brandy has been cutting my hair for about two years now, and she consistently does an amazing job! She's professional, always on time, and I leave every appointment looking fresh. Highly recommend her!
