Our passion, commitment and professional responsibility is to provide the very best training and workouts available within a healthy and fun atmosphere. All of our classes are 60 minutes in length and BURN 800-1000 CALORIES PER CLASS, while getting both cardio and resistance training simultaneously. Knockout Fitness also has a complete weight room, cardio equipment, MMA training and Jiu-Jitsu classes.

I was at the Safeway and some guy was outside and asked me to come in try a free trial. He said to put my card on file and I asked if I didn’t come in and I wanted to cancel that I wouldn’t be charged for not coming in. He assured me that if I didn’t come in and I wanted to cancel over the phone I could. Well I changed my card because I didn’t want to keep getting charged my cards were maxed out. A motivating fitness gym. I've gotten so much faster and stronger since I started, and I can't get enough. My wife is loving the results the most. They have all the gym equipment you need and some, without the clutter of EOS. The classes are great. I can't mention my improvements enough.
