My 16 year old son does boxing training here with Erik. He loves the training and looks forward to it every well. Erik is patient but still stern with him. The perfect combination for my son’s development and desire to continue . I would highly recommend this place for any young man or adult wanting to train to box.
Went there today for my first open mat workout. I worked out on my own and then I met Richard who is one of their newest trainers. He took time out of his own schedule to work the mitts with me. It was amazing and he gassed me out in no time. Jason and Dre were very pleasant and accommodating as well. This is a very friendly no judgement type of atmosphere.
