My kid was bullied here a lot with the coach’s not helping and telling my 10 year old to go talk to the kids parents by there self. For them to keep charging my card after 2 cancelations I filled out forms in person for. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude with a attitude. Wanted to love this place and ended up having a more emotionally bullied child for what we went in there for to get protection training. Got the opposite and have no respect for this place.
Such a fun and inviting gym genuinely like nothing I have ever experienced before. They have kickboxing, weights, personal training AND A RING!! My kids love it, I love it, definitely worth a try!!!
Thieves. Boss promised a discounted rate, but of course they charged $40 over the promised rate... I mention it, and he says "don't worry, I'll fix it" Of course it wasn't fixed. 3 months went by, and every month they over charged me, every time the manager said he would fix, and never did. Now the manager sees me, and he goes the other direction, knowing im going to ask about the continuing over charges.... Really shady.....As someone else mentioned, nothing in there is ever cleaned or wiped down either
