Terrible business, owners and admin repeatedly scam customers with inability to cancel memberships and send fraudulent bills to collections. STEER CLEAR!!!!

I have been attempting to cancel my membership for 5 months! I was told when I signed up all I had to do was send an email 10 days prior to the next monthly billing cycle . I did that and have sent multiple subsequent messages. I have also called the numbers and none of them work ! I continue to be charged $108 a month and have gotten my bank involved to reverse charges at this point. DO NOT JOIN KNOCKOUT FITNESS IN TOWSON OR LIGHT STREET. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! My contract with them ended on May 12, 2022. I reached out in March 2022 to request my cancelation. They told me to email the cancelation team after my last payment was due. The contract states that I had to contact them atleast 10 days prior. I've emailed several times, NO Response.
