Great trainers, fun workouts.
Staff is motivating. Great workout! If i can do it anyone can. I have tried many things but this is the one thing that keeps me coming back for more.
Great fun and challenging workout and even better than that, great instructors. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend!
Great classes and instructors! If you want to get fit this is the place for you. They make you feel like you are part of the team and important. Josh really cares about the well-being of his clients, they do checkups and encourage you to follow the plans to see better results. Highly recommend!
