Initially, the concrete work from Knockout Concrete looked fair. The broom finish was heavier than I would have preferred, but the work was completed fairly quickly, which I appreciated at the time. Jordan seemed friendly and professional initially, and I thanked him for getting the project done. Unfortunately, about a year and a half later, the concrete has started severely descaling, delaminating, and breaking apart into gravel.
