Arnold does great work! Provides great customer service & shows up for the job! Also you won’t have to wait weeks n weeks for the repair or work to be done. He also picked up our old parts to help transport to his shop for us….Mind you, we live 5 mins away from his shop so there’s that.
To say this guy is GREAT & Does great Work is an understatement….Arnold is a Genius & and Artsman of his Craft! He is kind, genuine, & real with you! I am a no BS kinda girl so I appreciate his honesty & help with the details & the work performed. He will Deliver! He communicates well, calls back & does ethical work - He knows his stuff!! The results speak for themselves. I found this shop on a whim via google search & Now Arnold has a customer for LIFE… Ty Arnold - We appreciate you & your KNOCKOUT job!
Knockout Collision did an awesome job on my truck. The staff was friendly, kept me updated, and made the whole process easy. My truck came back looking like new, and you can’t even tell it was damaged. The paint matched perfectly, and everything looked great. They finished the job on time, and you can tell they really care about doing good work. I would definitely recommend Knockout Collision to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle!
repaired my rear middle tow cover, paint did not match my truck, after putting the part back on it was hanging off not placed correct. After going to another shop I found out they actually broke the screws to keep part on tight. Gave it back to me that way and acted as if nothing was wrong even after I questioned the work. You only prosper when you do right by your customers.
They fixed my car very well !
