Called for a quote and left a message. Owner called me back and we started discussing the job scope. I mentioned that job is not big and pretty easy for which he started raising his voice "people shouldn't be telling him whether his job is easy or not and he could just hang up not call back". Hung just after that statement. Must have some issues with life or business. If there is a 0 star this guy would get one. Unprofessional and good luck finding more business like that.
I stopped in to look at carpet because this place came highly recommended. I didn’t know I needed an appointment and asked the only person there if he could help me. The man (I don’t know his name) asked what I wanted, said he just pulled up and was rude beyond anything I’ve experienced. He told me to make an appointment or I could leave. Hung up on me multiple times, completely rude and unprofessional. Would not do business with him.
I had an appointment for October 27. He Never showed up, didn’t call and didn’t return my voicemails. I called this morning and tried to politely ask him if he had been sick as I had not heard from him. He told me not to call back and hung up. What a Jerk. I have no idea why he acted like that.
Unprofessional. Do not support this business!
