Hung up on me multiple times, completely rude and unprofessional. Would not do business with him.
I had an appointment for October 27. He Never showed up, didn’t call and didn’t return my voicemails. I called this morning and tried to politely ask him if he had been sick as I had not heard from him. He told me not to call back and hung up. What a Jerk. I have no idea why he acted like that.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This company had the opportunity to make money doing work for our company and they chose to reject the opportunity because the person calling for an inquiry is African American. Absolutely disgusting. Do not support this business!
Highly Recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, clean, and accommodating. We could not have asked for better results. If you are considering new flooring, call Knockout.
