I stopped in to look at carpet because this place came highly recommended. I didn’t know I needed an appointment and asked the only person there if he could help me. The man (I don’t know his name) asked what I wanted, said he just pulled up and was rude beyond anything I’ve experienced. He told me to make an appointment or I could leave. Hung up on me multiple times, completely rude and unprofessional. Would not do business with him.
I had an appointment for October 27. He Never showed up, didn’t call and didn’t return my voicemails. I called this morning and tried to politely ask him if he had been sick as I had not heard from him. He told me not to call back and hung up. What a Jerk. I have no idea why he acted like that.
Unprofessional. Do not support this business!
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This company had the opportunity to make money doing work for our company and they chose to reject the opportunity because the person calling for an inquiry is African American. Absolutely disgusting. Do not support this business!
