I started my eyebrow removal journey here after another salon went over my old microblading and made my brows very dark. I came here hoping to remove the pigment so I could eventually get nano brows. Unfortunately, during my removal sessions I often felt like my concerns weren’t really listened to. Absolutely appalling that you let a client be mocked and bullied on social media for over a day before the post was pulled. Obviously social media exposure is more important to you than the wellbeing of your clients. You could have turned off comments but didn't, leaving the client open to the most hurtful of comments. What should have been a wonderful experience for your client has now left her extremely upset and rightly so. I hope she takes legal action.
