Can't get an appointment, ring every day at opening, number one in the queue for 15+ minutes. Told no doctors available then advised by a receptionist to drive to another practice when the condition i.am reporting means I cannot drive.

Absolutely awful. Please do not go here. The staff are SO rude and make you feel like a complete nuisance for ringing up. Refused to prescribe medication when I was in pain after sending me away without a consultation saying “we don’t deal with that type of care here”. I will be changing my doctors immediately.
Having been diagnosed with a brain tumour which could have been picked up earlier if I hadn’t been fobbed off by my previous doctors surgery, I moved to Knockin through recommendation. Absolutely fantastic team throughout the practice. I couldn’t fault them. Thank you to everyone at Knockin Surgery for your outstanding care.
