Currently going through the nightmare everyone else has. Went through my home warranty company and knockout pools is hands down AWFUL. They don’t answer the phones, came out to do the job and left without it being complete. Avoid this company if you can.
My home warranty company contracted this company to come out and look at my pool booster pump. The initial problem was the pump housing was leaking. The older gentleman showed up on Thursday and troubleshot the pump. He called me while onsite and told me he could not see the leak due to not being able to prime the pump. He took the pump apart and told me he could not see any cracks in the housing. He suggested I clean the filter and then have the home warranty send them back out. If I could rate this company using a negative rating, I would. My fellow servicemembers, please beware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWARE! This company came to our home after our warranty company contacted them to check our pool cleaner pump. When they arrived, the older gentleman was walking on our landscaping wall like it was a balance beam. I asked him what he was doing. He said I'm here about the pump." I have used Knock Out Pools several times over the past couple of years. I built a pool with another builder because they were referred by a home builder. I made a mistake. Knock out pools came in, fixed the pool and I’ve been very pleased with the results. If you live in Parker Co, you know you have hard water, calcium buildup and if you don’t keep your equipment in good working order, you’re going to have trouble.
