BUYER BEWARE! They were the contacted installer through LL Flooring in Sarasota. Installed the floor fast but sounds like a little too fast. I have 4 rooms where the floor dips as you walk on it to the point that one room you can actually get a fingernail under the next flooring plank. They were supposed to come out but ghosted me the 1st and 2nd day until late that night. The third time they were going to be there “9 am sharp”. I called around 1130 and they had some excuse again. Knock on Wood installed lvp flooring in our condo very professionally. They completed the job much more quickly than I thought possible and it looks great. Sharon and Dan were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their sevices!
If I could give Dan and his crew 10 STARS I would!! Our LVP floor was able to be installed without any transition strips due to Dan's exceptional layout design abilities. The project was completed with less flooring materials than I had anticipated due to Dan's professional waste not attitude. All teammembers were polite, acomidating, and went out of thier way to be helpful. I highly recommend Knock On Wood Flooring. Fair pricing and fantastic installation. We had lvp flooring thru the entire home installed by Knock on Wood and they were great from start to finish. It was really nice to be able to call a company, speak to the owners, and then the OWNERS came out and installed the flooring. Not a typical subcontractor "bait and switch". They worked hard and the flooring looks fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out again the next time we need flooring installed.
Knock on Wood Flooring did outstanding work in replacing a laminate flooring in our home. Highly reccomend Sharon and Dan for your job.
