Long story short, I went in for advice. I needed a gift deed and paid $200 for nothing! I basically called County and City offices to get my own information for Mr. Eveld, The 2 times I went in, we just sat in his office and talked about the obvious facts and his love for history (I could careless). To proceed, he wanted another $1500. It was out of my reach and I decided to not proceed. He should have been clear that he was going to ask for more money.
