I'm very disappointed in knobby tired. They've had my truck since December of last year. Very poor communication, I've already given them $10000 to go down towards my engine. I asked them to do a few things for me. And I can't get anybody to call me back or answer my phone calls I guess now I'll have to call an attorney to resolve this problem with these people very unprofessional, lack of communication. I highly recommend Josh and his crew for any of your automotive needs. He has done a great job for me twice and at last minute notice before I had to work out of town. He is great at explaining all the details about what happened and what they Replaced. I will only use him for my automotive needs even though it's a 2 hr drive for me. Great service, cost and personality! Highly recommend his shop!
