Almost 4 weeks later, I hadn't received it, and had received no communication from the company other than my initial order confirmation (no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, etc). Holly I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience on this order. It will help if I can explain the nature of this business. We drop ship from multiple vendors directly to our customers. Some of these vendors don't update us promptly when an order is back ordered. If we don't know then its hard for us to individually track all orders. Most of the time we do catch them if we don't get any confirmations on our orders from them. But sometimes we miss them.
