We are regular visitors to Ketchum and make sure to dine here during every visit. The food is delicious (best fried chicken ever, among other signature menu items) and a limited but very well chosen wine list. Always friendly and welcoming service. Among the best in Sun Valley. Highly recommended.
Staff was great but management needs a talking too. Very unprofessional........ to respond to the manager below I stayed with a friend. She had the reservation under her name. I'm well aware the hotel was closed. I believe you guys were renovating, fixing the elevator or something. I was there before you closed. I still stand by what I said though. Things I heard and found out about management there. Not the restaurant. Bob's great. But the two managers for the hotel. Shame on you. Staff is great. Just bad management there.
Quiet Inn, great service and little details, close to downtown.
