My recent visit to this dental office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not only did one of the dentists fail to communicate clearly about the procedures being done, but the work itself left my teeth looking noticeably worse than before, which was confirmed by a family member. Additionally, the scheduling practices were unacceptable patients who arrived after me were taken in first, despite my earlier appointment time which led me to wait over an hour while my father over two hours. Dental review, Hygienist Sarah: Service was excellent, careful, and kind. We have some extra challenges in our family and they were ready for us with communication help and a judgement-free environment. Ultimately, we weren't able to complete a full cleaning or treatment due to our challenges, but this office did one wonderful thing that we don't always see - they followed through with a referral to the next place who can probably help.
