We offer services on a Sliding Fee Scale and no-one is denied services due to their inability to pay. Established in 1970. Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland CAC began offering services in Coshocton, Holmes, and Knox Counties in the late 1960's. It wasn't until 1972 Ashland was incorporated into the 501c3 organization. Family Planning services has been offered in all four counties for over 45 years.
