!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY !!! We are currently in the middle of pressing charges on this person for abandoning a work site & taking off with our money. We asked Jeff if he could fix our porch & this is how he left it. The deal was to replace EVERYTHING and he tried using our old parts to put the new parts on top of. We tried talking to him about how unhappy we were with his work & he decided to grab his saw and never come back. We tried calling and he blocked us. Absolutely shameful and please be aware. This guy is hands down the best & most reliable repair man around Northumberland County. We had an emergency with our water heater and he was able to help us out right away. 10/10 !!

I asked him last year about a front porch for this year. When the weather broke he came over and gave me my estimate. We only had to wait for the tongue and groove boards to come in. Once they came in he got to work right away. I love my new front porch and he’s a perfectionist. It has to be right. He also fixed up my back porch railings and added what I wanted and also added an extra handrail as I have issues walking up and down steps. I love everything he has done. On a bitter cold night, water lines became frozen in my house,..I called Kno Contracting..and he came over within the hour..He came in with a big heater, and got them thawed out, and there was no broken pipes...I am so grateful....Excellent customer service, and just a good human being!

He came up and helped to get my water back into my house. Because I have a cracked pipe in my ceiling . He is coming again to fix the cracked pipe when he gets the materials to fix the problem. Very nice and helpful.
