Always very accommodating and explains things very well. Not overly priced. Honest about what actually needs to done.
KNM Auto is the ONLY place we will go for car maintenance in Troy. Nick is amazing and between our two vehicles, we have had service at least 3 times between Sept 2022 and Feb 2023. *Experience 1* I was experiencing an odd engine noise with my Honda CRV in Sept, on the Thursday before our Labor Day camping trip. I took the vehicle to 5 different mechanics in Troy for inspections. I got varying results, and one of the mechanics quoted me a super expensive bill that didn't address the engine noise.
