We discovered KNL in the fall of ’22 while looking at lots to build our new home as we prepared for our anticipated move to NE Ohio. We met Todd Folden at his office to review various house plans and listed the key features we wanted to include. He provided suggestions, factors to consider, and outlined the entire custom home building process.
