Doesn’t pay their plumbing vendor bills and agrees to quotes readily to have the work done then doesn’t pay for it. If their willing to cheat those they are a customer for, it can be reasonably deduced that they’d be willing to cheat their own customers. Attempts have been made to collect for 6 months and concessions have been made to reduce the price, though no agreements have been kept by K & L nor has a single dollar spent on a week’s worth of work.

My family built a home with KNL and it took 2 1/2 years to get done and cost lots more money than the agreement said! Save your money do not do business with this company! Home is located in Richfield. We received a letter in the mail from another home owner they built three years ago and they're upset too! And told us we should leave a review how our home went!
