KNL came out and worked with me on what I wanted, and helped provide a step by step plan of what I wanted to accomplish. They also helped along the way, and would express reccomendations as the job went along. Needless to say it turned out beautiful and wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them to anyone. Thanks for making the outside look beautiful!
If you do your homework you'll see homes over 20 years old still looking as beautiful as the day they were built. Proud to know the ownership and do business.
Interaction with ownership has always been pleasant and quick to respond to our needs.
Doesn’t pay their plumbing vendor bills and agrees to quotes readily to have the work done then doesn’t pay for it. If their willing to cheat those they are a customer for, it can be reasonably deduced that they’d be willing to cheat their own customers. Attempts have been made to collect for 6 months and concessions have been made to reduce the price, though no agreements have been kept by K & L nor has a single dollar spent on a week’s worth of work.
Just very unprofessional not satisfied for the amount of money spent
